Warranty Terms

1. General warranty terms

Valguskate OÜ (registry code 12523513) provides a warranty for all products sold through the online store https://valguskate.ee in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Consumer rights are guaranteed under the Law of Obligations Act.

2. Warranty duration

  • Window coverings and curtains (pleated blinds, roller blinds, venetian blinds, textile curtains, etc.): 2 years from the date of purchase
  • LED mirrors: 2 years from the date of purchase (incl. LED lighting and electronics)
  • Installation service: 1 year from the date of installation
  • Mechanisms (chain mechanisms, spring mechanisms, etc.): 2 years from the date of purchase

3. Warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Mechanism failures under normal use
  • LED mirror lighting malfunctions
  • Premature wear of fabrics under normal use
  • Installation errors (if installation was performed by the Valguskate OÜ team)

4. Warranty does not cover

  • Normal wear and ageing
  • Damage caused by improper use, negligence or overloading
  • Damage caused by self-performed installation or repairs
  • Fabric colour changes due to prolonged direct sunlight exposure
  • Mechanical damage (scratches, dents, tears)
  • Moisture damage (except LED mirrors designed for bathrooms)
  • Damage caused by force majeure (flooding, fire, etc.)

5. Filing a warranty claim

To file a warranty claim, please:

  1. Write to us at info@valguskate.ee or call +372 5888 8236
  2. Include the order number or invoice number
  3. Describe the problem as precisely as possible
  4. Attach photos of the defect

We will review the claim and respond within 14 days. In the case of a justified warranty claim, we will repair, replace the product or refund the purchase price.

6. Care recommendations

  • Fabric products: clean regularly with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner. Use a damp cloth if necessary. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents.
  • LED mirrors: clean the glass surface with a soft damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. Check electrical connections periodically.
  • Mechanisms: keep moving parts clean. Do not apply excessive force.
